David Allen

COMEDIAN

David Allen’s first foray into show business was as a Butlin’s Redcoat in Skegness, England and in 1959 he got his first break on a BBC talent show, later touring with legendary musicians, ‘The Beatles’. Between 1967 and 1994, he had his own shows on both the BBC and ITV television stations and his comedy sketches, despite including colourful language and causing much controversy, were much loved.
